30 Day Returns & Exchange Policy

Need to return something? It’s easy at TransDermSolutions.com! Pending inspection, we will accept returns for most merchandise for up to

30 days from the date your order ships, and we will be pleased to issue a refund of your purchase price minus all shipping and order processing fees, which are not refundable. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase with its original packaging intact and be sure it is post marked within the 30 day window. Please print and send the TransDermSolution.com email confirmation authorizing the return of your merchandise and read below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise return.


30 Day Return Details

If you are not satisfied with your TransDermSolutions.com for any reason, feel free to return your item(s) for a full product refund. To be accepted for a return, items must accompany the original packaging, documentation, manuals/inspections and all accessories and be postmarked back to TransDermSolutions.com within 30 days of the item shipping to you (14 days for exchanged items). Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be sent back to you upon request but no refund will be issued. Requests for the merchandise to be returned to you must be received within 14 days of our communication to you stating that your request for a refund can not be honored. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your returned merchandise once we receive it. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price (less shipping and handling) will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase. 2 weeks (14 days) of the delivery date with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories in order to be considered for a product refund.


Returns Process

◾Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. we encourage our customers to return the items with either delivery confirmation

or insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit.

◾Returns sent with insufficient postage may be returned to you or experience a significant delay.

◾Any products originally sold under a promotion or discount price structure will be refunded at the discounted amount. For example, if an order for 2 different products is placed and one is returned, the discounted item will be the one refunded. Exchanges will follow the normal exchange process below.


Exchange Process

TransDermSolutions.com will make exchanging items as easy as possible. Just contact us at TransDermSolutions@yahoo.com to discuss your return/exchange concerns before returning any item(s) in the order. Indicate both the item(s) being returned for exchange as well as the

new item(s) desired. If you would like to exchange items for other items with a higher cost, the difference in price will be collected as a payment first - we will be glad to charge a credit card you provide. If you would like to exchange an item for a lower priced product, following inspection of the received items, we will return the difference to you in accordance with our return policy. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for us to process your exchange once we receive your request. Once your exchanged order ships you will receive a shipping notification via email.


Refused Shipments

TransDermSolutions.com does everything it can to get your order to you in an efficient and timely manner. Upon receipt, should you choose

to refuse delivery of the shipment, and allow the shipment to be returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you received a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping and order processing fees that would have been charged, will also be deducted from your refund. If you paid the usual shipping and order processing fees associated with your orders, these will not be refunded as per our regular

Return policy.


Late Returns

Under our returns policy, pending inspection, TransDermSolutions.com can accept returns for most merchandise for up to 30 days from the

date your order ships, and we will be pleased to issue a refund of your purchase price minus all shipping and order processing fees, which

are not refundable. Returns received after 30 days may be returned to you with no refund issued and a late returns processing fee may be charged. Please email Customer Service if you have any questions regarding our Returns policy at TransDermSolutions@yahoo.com.

Requests for the merchandise to be returned to you must be received within 14 days of our email to you (via the email address we received

with your original order) stating that your request for a refund can not be honored.


Incorrect Merchandise Received

If you received an item in error, please contact our Customer Service Department at TransDermSolutions@yahoo.com immediately for further instructions on how to return this item so that we may provide you with the item you originally requested.


Damaged/Defective Merchandise Returns

If an item received is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions on how to return this item.
