Below is the shipping and handling information for TransDermSolutions.com based on the destination country.
◾All TransDermSolutions.com orders ship via USPS First Class shipping with order tracking (within the US only).
◾We do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Your email confirmation will estimate when you can expect your order.
◾Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming shipping date and information to track the package within the US.
◾If you pay for your order using your PayPal account, please double check the address PayPal has on file for you. We can not be
responsible if the order ships to an old or incorrect address saved in PayPal.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Estimated $7.95 to $19.95 Flat Rate Shipping. (Adjustments made for bulk orders & rate changes.)
◾Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days from the time of ordering your TransDermSolutions.com product(s), but please
refer to your order confirmation email for the most up-to-date estimated delivery times.
◾Each order typically ships for a flat rate of $7.95 to $19.95 and that amount is calculated at the time of purchase.
◾Please contact TransDermSolutions@yahoo.com for orders larger than quantities posted on the website Purchase page.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Estimated $24.95 to $62.00 Flat Rate Shipping. (Adjustments made for bulk orders & rate changes.)
◾Applies to Any Country outside the US.
◾Due to Customs being unpredictable, it’s difficult to guarantee a delivery date but most people receive their order within 2-4 weeks,
although we ask you to wait 5 weeks before contacting us. We are not responsible for any product(s) confiscated by Customs.
◾Unfortunately international tracking is not available at this time. International orders will receive an email to verify shipping date and
will be able to track their package until it leaves the US.
◾Customer is responsible to pay any applicable taxes and duties charged by their country at customs.
◾TransDermSolutions.com is a non-EU provider with no VAT registration. VAT is not applied to the final checkout total.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please be sure to review the shipping address for your order carefully. TransDermSolutions.com does everything it can to ensure the exped-
itious and safe delivery of your items. If for some reason we have made an error in the shipping address for your order, please contact us
right away so that we may work with you to correct it. If you accidentally provide an incorrect shipping address, TransDermSolutions.com will
be more than happy to re-ship your package once it’s returned to us “Undeliverable” by the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately we
can not be responsible for orders not returned to us if the shipping address we were provided was incorrect.
